Dr. Stefan Holst

CEO/CFO

Following a 12-year academic tenure, Dr. Holst transitioned to a leading medical device company in 2013 as VP of Product & Strategy. He managed large portfolios and held P&L responsibility for three business units. Currently, he is a founding partner and advisor for medical device startups, leveraging his extensive experience in M&A, global networking, and innovation.

Dr. Jessica Gilgenbach

Founder COO/CTO

Leading medical device startups and R&D organizations in corporate environments for over 20 years. She is experienced in strategy definition, product portfolio management, and setting up R&D organizations, with extensive experience in Regulatory Affairs.

Dr. Silvia Caddeo

Senior Project Manager 

A dedicated researcher, specialized in accelerating product development through transformative R&D, strategic project planning and specialized in material science and biocompatibility.

Dr. Emiliano Sorrentino

Product Development Engineer and R&D Manager

Over a decade of experience working in the field of R&D participating in the discovery and development of new drugs, as well as the design of innovative antimicrobial formulations used in consumer products and medical devices.

Regulatory Affairs & Product Manager

Analytical mindset with extensive experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, strong product management expertise in healthcare, and a proven ability to identify consumer needs and oversee the full new product development (NPD) process complemented by hands-on experience in Regulatory Affairs
